excercise to improve your health.




Hi,
Friends the best way to keep fit is to exercise on regular basis i mean you should really go to the gym if possible, i mean for an hour everyday, i mean its your health that comes first right, never compromise with your health, i believe all of you who think you can loose wait later are heading for heart attack, diabetes, lose of vision kidney failure, i am not trying to scare you, just exercise on regular basis if you cant go to the gym get an tread mill for yourself at home,or get a gym cycle it doesnt cost much at all. you have to believe in yourself that you can loose weight and you want too, nobody can tell you to do it except your body, now come on the body has its limitations doesnt it, avoid eating late in nights do not eat fried and oily food, limit your intake of cold drinks man there are a killer, i have already suffered because of it. i have realised the importance of keeping fit and i have no ailments at all right now. for a lean body excercise and feel the difference. the above guy could be you or me. what say guys.
